Welcome to an immersive journey through the heart of Emilia-Romagna with Acqua e Vino Travel! Immerse yourself in the rich fabric of Italian culture, savour delicious cuisine, and create indelible memories in this captivating region.
Thursday April 24: Arrival at the hotel in Bologna (city center) via direct shuttle from the airport. Hotel check-in and relaxation. Free time to explore Bologna’s city center while waiting for all group members to arrive. Group dinner with an overview of the upcoming days of the tour.
Friday April 25: After a buffet breakfast, departure for Modena, about an hour from Bologna, where we will see how authentic Parmigiano Reggiano is made. Following this, we will visit the oldest acetaia in Italy, where traditional balsamic vinegar is produced. After a brunch, we will explore the city of Modena with a local guide. The day will conclude with a traditional dinner featuring local Modenese specialties and a return to the hotel in Bologna.

Saturday, April 26: After breakfast, the morning will be free. In the early afternoon, we will visit the city of Bologna, including its historic center and main monuments/churches, and return to Emilia-Romagna for the night.

Sunday May 4 : Cervia - International Kite Festival. Return to Bologna hotel for final night.
